A disappointing end to the season means that the Western A will join the B side next year in dvision one.

The A's finished rock bottom of the premier league but finished off in style beating the Gurnos Bluebirds 2-1.

The walkout of manager Graeme Williams compouded what would be a hard season, trying to cement  their place in the top flight and ultimately cost them.

The B team matched that result beating Merthyr Ex by the same scoreline. The second half leading to a random formation as the goalkeeper played up front alongside centre half. The two stikers played at centre half and the midfield took up roles in goal and at wing back.

The B's fared rather better and managed to get into a middle table slot in the debut season of the side using some grizzled veterans, fringe players from last years team and a smattering of last years under 16 side.

Bigger and better things await them both next season along with a couple of derby matches.

Hopefully the end of season tour to Blackpool will make for some fun after the hard week and everyone at the club can look foward to next season with renewed resolve.
